| Currently a drip in, but paddled it 07/08/10 and it was a good level. This was after two downpours in Carlisle area. If you have a few downpours through the day its worth a check! check on the environment agency website for details of location and the actual level. We paddled it at a 0.7. | |||

| Borrowdale was flooded last night. The upper Derwent goes up and down like a yo yo but it will probably stay medium/ high / spate for the next few days. Derwentwater and the middle Derwent also high. Enjoy! | |||
