Slime sends word of Stuart Millers talk at the Keswick Mountain film festival next wednesday. Apparently its Its in the circle bar which only takes about 50 (but does a nice pint of Cumberland) - would be great if we had so many river scum that they had to switch it to the main theatre!

Stuart Miller, author of White Water Lake District, is giving his deviant and celebrated "Bashing the Becks" talk next Wednesday evening at 1800 at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick.  Tickets £5, tel 017867 74411. This is a rare opportunity to see and hear one of the most entertaining WW paddling talks of recent years - make it if you can!

This is part of the Keswick Mountain Film Festival and Justin Curvengen is talking later the same evening on sea kayaking around New Zealand.
