The rivers were up earlier in the week but have dropped off now. There is a band of rain due in later this afternoon, which will be quite heavy, but shortlived. Its due to clear Western parts by 10pm. The ground is wet so stuff should come up, but weather there will be much left by morning remains to be seen.  If your thinking of boating in these parts then set your alarm or choose your river carefully :-) !

Tides are medium high and there is good surf forecast for the North East, particularly on Saturday.
