Rain today has nudged levels up and there is some runoff right now. The picture is for showers over the weekend, no sustained dumps but not dry either. Best guess is that the bigger rivers will be modestly moving and be floatable.

Tides are low. The surf forecast is good for tomorrow on the NE coast but poor Sunday.
